Dennis let me walk out with acrylic and polish underneath my nails. I got no lotion or cuticle oil at the end of the service. I was so mad that I paid and walked out. I didn’t want to argue with them. For $70 I expected better presentation of the nails.
My favorite place to get my nails done! The staff is super amazing and I always leave very pleased with my nails. They also have great pedicures for everyone in my family! The ladies at the front desk are also very nice. Highly recommend.
I’ve been looking for a place to come to monthly that will take their time and not rush . I work on my feet 12-15 hours a day so I enjoy getting my feet done a few weeks ago my friend brought me here and I had the pleasure of getting Nancy ! From that day forward I haven’t went to another place ! Nancy TAKES HER TIME each and everytime ! I even know where she doesn’t work so I don’t come lol The ladies at the fornt desk ( Ellie Lyndsey ) are always welcoming and on top of things. They help out getting water started and getting drinks . Whether it’s on the phone or in persons the customer service is nothing less than great and definitely one of the main reasons I come back each time .
Asked for coral, got orange. The nails are uneven. Pedi was tough even though I mentioned multiple times how sensitive my feet are. There are spots that were missed and the color was filed off.
These are by far some of the worst nails I have ever gotten. I’ve been trying some new places in Omaha because I haven’t been happy recently. I got these nails a week ago (not even) and they look and feel a month old. My nail color is chipping and my real nail is started to chip. My cuticles were never taken care of there. I’m so upset and honestly can’t wait to get them done somewhere else.
I got a pedicure with a callus removal. Service was good. My wife was up charged and then did not get her foot massage that should have been included. My father in law had a technician try to up charge him and when he asked for the basic service she left and never came back so someone else had to do his pedicure.
I used to regularly go to Martini Nails years ago until an incident occurred. It has been roughly a decade since I’ve stepped foot in this shop. This week, I needed a fill. Nothing crazy. A fill on a square full set of acrylics. My regular shop was not available, so I decided to try here again. That was a mistake. I went in the shop Tuesday. I had two nails break Wednesday. Today (Thursday), I was able to easily pop them off. The entire nail. They were so thinned out at the base that it was the equivalent of putting on press ons.I called on Wednesday after the first nail broke. The front desk was so sweet and has been trying to help find a solution (I didn’t catch her name, but thank you!). They told me then that they don’t have a policy for breaks. I’d have to pay for a fix. Which wouldn’t be an issue if this wasn’t the day after and wasn’t on a fill. No nails should break after a fill. Not to mention the paint on my nails was chipping. The set was not salvageable after further looking. Which was the next suggestion from the shop, having me come in to see what could be done (by the same tech). The acrylic was inconsistent across all nails. And they already went from a square to almost a coffin shape from his work. I wouldn’t suggest going anywhere near this shop. At this point, I just want a refund for what was about $60 before tipping.
Edit: As of 2:44 pm they’re absolutely refusing to refund stating they offered to fix while leaving out that they did not offer to fix for free. And since I removed them, there’s nothing they could do. Yesterday, I was told I would be required to pay even more for a fix and anything else I wanted corrected. Which is not a solution when it was a fill that had occurred the day prior. And I stated yesterday I wanted a refund, at least partially. So listen to me & others who have seen/gotten infections & people requesting fixes. Don’t patronize them.
I had a very unpleasant experience at Martini Nails on 1/15/2024. I had an appointment with a nail tech by the name of Kathy. My appt was at 2:00pm however I waited patiently for 30 minutes with no complaints. When Kathy came up to get me to start my services, which keep in mind I was getting a Fill on my nails & a Pedicure. Kathy said Hi, but that was all! She never apologized for being late or anything! Long story short she started my nails first & she rushed to the point she cut my finger. I asked her if she could please slow down so that I would not continue to get anymore cuts on my fingers because of her rushing! She then did slow down however she was very rude about it, to the point I felt Very Uncomfortable! So when it was time to get my feet done I asked if she was too busy I was fine with someone else doing the service because I did not want to get anymore injuries or rudeness even tho I was not one time rude to her. Anyhow she continued my pedicure which turned out ok, however when it was time for me to pay for my services, the young lady at the front desk said that Kathy the nail tech does not want to do services for me again! Now here I have been a great customer with this lady Kathy for about a year now & this is how I get treated! All because I asked her to please not rush on the services I was receiving & paying for! I Truly thought when you go to receive these type of services, they are suppose to be relaxing & enjoyable! I’am waiting for the owner to contact me regarding this terrible experience that I received! Not to mention I payed $132.00 dollars to get treated like Crap! Not Acceptable at all!
Great atmosphere. The front desk girls are so nice and welcoming, and the techs cater to your wants and needs. Great place for a pedicure!
Phenomenal establishment. Got my very first pedicure here and the nail tech very understanding and helpful with my gross feet. I would recommend Martini Nail Spa to anyone!
